The creation of a private company owned by the government shows the willing of the public sector to intervene by the improvement of the implementation of active policies over the development of real state activity, by using adequate tools for the reorientation of some non-wanted tendencies.
As a result of those interventions, important changes are shown in the behaviour of the centre of the city, which has a piece of significant morphologic coherence, with public areas of particular quality, and which allows some of the citizens to live, work or go to Puerto Madero, place that has became the most important tourist attraction in the city.
The Corporation carried out the technical assistance, formulation and conceptual development of an alternative for urbanization and restoration of an area of ninety hectares named “La Loma” that runs alongside the river Magdalena, in Barranquilla District, Republic of Colombia.
The first stage involved: the analysis of the environmental, economic, social and urban characteristics of the building, its environment and its relation with the City of Barranquilla; identification of products (residence, hotels, tourism, gastronomy, recreation, shops, services, etc.) layout, lots' geometry, availability to build, volume, density, public areas, etc.; distribution of areas and its uses, general diagram of infrastructures; analysis of possibility of building; general criteria of commercialization (products, market, methods of commercialization); preliminary assessment of technical, economic and political possibilities of the project.
On the second stage it was carried out the outline, lots' geometry, building availability, criteria for landscapes and public areas' handling, as well as general composition criteria; the deliberation of urbanization costs, investment amount, opportunities and speed of commercialization, also the measuring for the administration model.

According to the requirements made by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, the Corporation asked the architect's firm Varas & Baudizzone-Lestard for the revision and/or update of the draft corresponding to the National Competition of Urban Ideas for the area of Retiro, which they audited, with the purpose of creating a proposal of Urban Intervention for the area of Retiro, a stripe of 17,3 hectares parallel to the Av. Del Libertador from the Retiro Train Station to the Park Thays.
As managers of the “Project Retiro” and together with the professional team, the Corporation prepared a plan of Regulations which includes residential areas, hotels, commercial and cultural areas, parking places, public areas and five hectares of park. They also carried out an Architecture Preliminar Draft for Passengers transportation that connects underground C, H and E, its interconnection with Urban Microbuses, the Bus Station of Middle and Long Distance and the system for urban and interurban railways. This work included also the advisory on the presentation of material produced for its approval in the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires.
Principal: National Government – Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

The Corporation Antiguo Puerto Madero S.A. carried out the technical advisory for the Government of the Province of Corrientes to perform the studies focused on the revitalization of the riverside road Avenida General San Martín of the City of Buenos Aires.
The Corporation's intervention was carried out in two phases. The first one included the elaboration of a Preliminary Urban Report of the area for the identification of an strategic area where the urban development could be possible; The making and presentation of the Master Plan of the area – as a draft – for its approval, and the judicial acts, procedures and other tasks that were aiming at efficiently implementing the Master Plan that was to be approved.
On the second phase, the work broadened to a territorial space that included an overview of the actors, actions and future plans of all the city. A survey of some urban spaces of the city was carried out, setting probable action lines.
Master Agreement: Government of the Province of Corrientes - Corporation Antiguo Puerto Madero S.A.

The Corporation signed an irrevocable Agreement with the National Organism of Goods’ Administration (Organismo Nacional de Administración de Bienes del Estado – ONABE) aiming at the urban development of an area of 36 hectares to be not affected as regards its original function, located in the old Train Station of the City of Mendoza.
The Municipality of the City of Mendoza and the Corporation Antiguo Puerto Madero S.A. agreed to jointly carry out by means the creation of a Mixed Technical Commission, the tasks aiming at fulfilling of the project of urban-rail on the areas owned by the Railway General San Martín. This work included to establishing of guidelines for urban references which may allow determining general lining for the urbanization and development of mentioned areas, the incorporation of spaces into a project that shall produce dynamizing and economic multipliable effects, in order to fulfil the strategic objectives of the Municipality and allow to satisfy social, home and urban purposes.
It specially considered the determination of the draft of the regulation project for the intervention area adding different uses: residential, services, cultural and commercial which may respect the urban characteristics of the environment, preserving the components of patrimonial value; guaranteeing that the urbanization shall respond as expected, and with its characteristics and kind, through the “park kind” with net densities according to the environment and not superior of 600 hectares.
The road infrastructure should supply the projected demand and integrate components already projected by the Commune. The building and environmental protection for important buildings was established, as well as the preservation of fronts, and the protection of public and private places around the buildings, open areas, sidewalks, roads, and also the elements of the original railway activity, of urban equipment and existing trees.
The Honourable Deliberative Council of the City of Mendoza approved the urban law by the Regulation Nº3.694/17433/07.
Principal: Argentinean Government, represented by the National Organism of Goods Administration (Organismo Nacional de Administración de Bienes del Estado – ONABE) – organism that acts in the National Secretary of Public Works of the Ministry of Federal Planification, Public Investment and Services.
Since the impact produced by the building of the hydroelectric dam Yacyretá on the coast of River Paraná, the Municipalities of the cities of Posadas in Argentina and Encarnación in Paraguay, proposed to carry out a reserach for the creation of a Strategic Urban Plan aiming at the reform of its coasts.
In the case of Encarnación, its future geographic border at level 84 threatens part of the original nucleus of the City and demands the clearing of the coast strip that will remain under the level, which affects 14 neighbourhoods of the City, including the named Low Area where an important shopping centre is located.
The work included the creation of different alternatives of development form the future Territorial Organization Plan, based on an expeditious diagnosis. The execution of a document of analysis and the proposal of the methodology of the plan implementation.
Master Agreement
Principal: Binational Entity Yacyretá (Entidad Binacional Yacyretá - EBY)

The Corporation takes part in the development of the Master Plan of Bicentenary Platform as associate, project that constitutes the Bicentenary Plan of the Republic of Chile.
The Bicentenary Platform includes the development of a solar of 245 hectares that belonged to the ex Airport of Cerrillos in Santiago de Chile, including houses, health, education, commercial and recreational equipments; and a third part of the surface for public and green areas.
The Master Plan included the creation of a urban diagnosis, a market study, a urban and building proposal, model of management for the 245 hectares involved and a marketing plan and positioning of the project in the community; together with several changes for the Regulation Plan of Cerrillos - and Intercommoned. It included the social and economic possibility, the environmental and road impact and the creation of a program for the implementation of the Plan.
